Do you have vegetarian boiled peanuts?
Yes. The Classique and Classique with Spice are both vegetarian, boiled in a seasoned broth of bay, peppercorn and sea salt. The Jambon (smoked neckbone) and The Dinde (turkey neck reduction) are our meat-stock boils.
Are your boiled peanuts fresh?
Each batch is made in small quantities and sold while it lasts. The shop shows live availability per boil and size, and when a batch sells out it reads sold out until the next one is ready.
