We collect the minimum needed to hand you warm peanuts: your name, email, and optional phone when you reserve quarts; your email when you join the list; and whatever you write us in an inquiry.

We use it to hold your order, confirm pickup, reply to you, and — if you joined the list — tell you when the pot goes on. That's it. We don't sell it, share it, or run ads with it. Reservations are pay-at-the-stand; we never handle card numbers online.

Data lives in our site database (Cloudflare) and our email tools, and we keep it only as long as it's useful. Want yours gone or want off the list? Email [email protected] and it's done — usually while something is boiling.

No tracking cookies. No analytics profiles. Just peanuts.
